How do I know the prints are good quality?
All images are captured using full-frame cameras in RAW format to provide the highest resolution possible. Panorama images are usually a combination of several images stitched together to provide an image that Is printable sizes up to 2m or more wide. Our printer specializes in fine art printing on paper and canvas to ensure the finest quality with all prints.
How long will it take for delivery?
We aim to ship prints within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. All items are printed and shipped from Hong Kong. The total time for printing will vary depending on the format you choose, mounted canvas and acrylic prints will take longer than paper or rolled canvas.
Do you deliver to the outlying Islands?
We ship using local courier service SF express and deliver to all outlying Islands covered by their service. Alternatively, we can arrange collection from another location for you.
Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes, we deliver paper and rolled canvas worldwide. For international orders, delivery on average is usually around 2 weeks from the time it is despatched from the printer. Tracking details with be provided when prints are shipped. Please note that we are not liable for any taxes or duty or fees payable on delivery to your country.
Is there a charge for delivery?
We are pleased to offer free local delivery for all orders placed within Hong Kong. Local delivery will be made by courier and the tracking number provided. Overseas shipping is available worldwide and a delivery fee between HK$150-HK$300 per print will be calculated based on your chosen print size and format. This charge will be shown at checkout once you have entered your country of delivery.
Why can’t I order framed canvas or acrylic for shipping overseas?
We do not offer overseas shipping for framed canvas and acrylic through our website due to the high shipping costs of these products. If you would like to order a print in these formats please use the contact us option and let us know your preferences and we can provide a quote for you.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer several options for payment all of which do not incur any additional fees. For local Hong Kong orders, we are able to accept payment through Payme or direct deposit to our HSBC account. All customers are also able to pay by credit card with secure payment provided by STRIPE. We do not retain any payment details on the website.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes people change their minds or circumstances may change, so we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period in case you decide to cancel your order. Please send us an email to [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order during this time and we will refund your payment.
What if my prints are damaged?
Our images are of a high standard and we use professional fine are printing for all our prints. Sometimes however accidents do happen and if your order arrives with some damage we will try and replace it as soon as we can. Please make sure you inspect your prints when they are delivered and contact us at [email protected] within 7 days if there is any problem with the order. Any requests 7 days or more after delivery will not be accepted.
How long will it take to get my money back if I cancel my order?
As mentioned we do offer a 24-hour cooling-off period to cancel your order. Once we receive your cancellation request we will refund Payme and Direct Deposit payments within 24 hours. Payments made through STRIPE may take up to 14 days to be refunded via STRIPE. We are not able to refund orders more than 24 hours after they are received as the printing process will have already started.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be only be issued for any orders canceled during the 24-hour cooling-off period. Any orders that are damaged upon receipt will be replaced free of charge once we have confirmed that the damage caused was either while printing or during delivery.
Will you sell my details to other third parties
We will only use your personal details for the purpose of delivering and payment of your order. We will not share any of your details with third parties. We may contact you in the future with special offers and you will be able to unsubscribe if you wish from future communication.
